The differences between a Helle knife and other knives are many. The biggest difference lies in the triple laminated stainless steel blade. The core is made of high alloy steel which gives it a lasting, razor-sharp edge. It is protected by two layers of tough stainless steel(18/8).

These layers protect the blade against breakage and corrosion, while the high carbon core provides a superb cutting edge. This triple laminated stainless steel is unique to the knife blades. The steel they use is more expensive than in most other knife brands, but that is all a part of Helle`s philosophy of never compromising on quality.

Each knife is painstakingly hand crafted for the ultimate quality and outdoor durability.
The Temagami Survival Knife has triple laminated 10.2 cm long blade blade that is polished and razor sharp. The outer steel is softer to give the blade flexibility and the inner core is hard steel to hold that perfect edge

The blade is held securely in place by three rivets and features a hollow lanyard rivet at the butt end.

The handle is made from Masurian (curly) birch; the Temagami handle is soaked in linseed oil to permeate the wood; then rolled in bee’s wax for a durable satin finish and superior grip.

The hand made full grain sheath can be used for both right and left side carry.
