The Wusthof 4183/17 Santoku Chef's Knife with its Granton Edge is a versatile knife that will prove impressive in a variety of tasks in the kitchen of the Asian Gourmet Chef.

This blade is just right for preparing not only fine Asian but also Western cuisine.
The hollow edge creates pockets of air which prevent extra thin or soft slices from sticking to the blade.

The new Wusthof PEtec edge is fully forged and stays sharp up to 30 percent longer than other knives.

Every Wusthof Classic knife is forged from one piece of specially tempered high carbon steel to ensure outstanding strength, balance and heft.

The Classic black handles are made of synthetic material triple riveted to the full tang for a seamless and hygienic fit.

Not only comfortable to hold, but the skillfully honed by hand blades are also incredibly sharp, and are easily resharpened.
