This is a Fisher Space Pen, Desert Tan non-reflective Military Bullet Pen.

The Military Pen is 13 cm long when opened and and the Barrel is 9.7 mm thick with a tapered Grip and a Pocket Clip.

This Cap-o-Matic series come with a Medium Point Black Ink Cartridge and uses the standard "SPR" series refills.

They are the only Refills that will write at any Angle because they do not rely on Gravity and have a Shelf Life of 100 years.
