Scorp Carving Set Description:

Our Scorp set puts all of our profiles into one handy tool roll.

These knives are essentially right-angled gouges designed for carving areas where the full length of a gouge will not fit.

Knife carvers find them useful for hollowing deep, narrow cavities. The Scorps are available in four profiles. Right-handed carvers: Choose a right-handed tool to cut towards you,

The Scorp carving knives are made with edge-holding high carbon steel for smoother cutting.

The comfortable curved ergonomic handle allows for long periods of carving without hand fatigue.

Each carving knife is constructed with an Ash handle and a High Carbon steel blade.

The high carbon blade holds an edge extremely well and is easily maintained by simple stropping. Each edge is honed, polished and ready to go.

The Scorp Carving Set includes:
 

• KN21 Right-Handed Scorp - 1/8" (3mm)
• KN22 Right-Handed Scorp - 3/16" (5mm)
• KN23 Right-Handed Scorp - 5/16" (8mm)
• KN24 Right-Handed V-Scorp - 1/4" (6mm)

A sharpening strop is included to keep your knife’s edge sharp. Use with Flexcut Gold sharpening compound to get a superior edge.
