Hi, You're receiving this email because {name} thinks the Kershaw Wasabi I Santoku Chef Knife, 170 mm - 6716S would interest you. Blade Length: 170 mm

Model: 6716S

Made in Japan

Knife Description:

In Japan, the name 'Wasabi' means harmony and tranquility.

Our  Kershaw Wasabi line of knives features traditional Japanese blade styling. For superior cutting performance and to reduce food sticking, the blades are sharpened on a single side.

Yet this traditional style is combined with a uniquely modern handle material, polypropylene blended with bamboo powder, and impregnated with an antibacterial agent for super clean food preparation.

The Japanese version of the Chef’s knife, the Santoku is useful for straight chopping, mincing, and slicing of larger quantities of vegetables and meat. Cooks with smaller hands may prefer this 18 cm blade as the shorter length offers better control while cutting.

The width also provides a great platform for transporting chopped vegetables from cutting board to sauté pan

The Kershaw Wasabi I Santoku knife has a 17 cm blade out of Japanese Daido 1K6 High Carbon Stainless Steel.

The Blade is bead-blasted to an attractive finish and embellished with the Japanese characters for "wasabi"

This Santoku knife comes with 3D machined, G10 and Titanium Look handle.

A Knife for the true Japanese Chef!
