The Henckels Twin Cermax 66 - 125mm Petty Knife cuts wafer-thin slices with precision. It doesn't matter whether it's fish, meat or vegetables.

The knife has unique sharpness and cutting properties due to the sheer unbelievable blade hardness of 66 Rockwell. All Cermax knives are hand sharpened.

Thus, TWIN Cermax cuts three to four times sharper than other top quality knife. A special triple-layered blade structure (CLAD material) - a corrosion-resistant stainless steel on the outside and the core made of the ultra-tough MultiCarbide Powder Steel – guarantees such long lasting sharpness.

For a better grip, the knife is full-tang in construction, has triple rivets and a rounded ergonomic handle. The handle is made from layered and compacted compound of linen and resin known as Micarta.

This gives the Twin Cermax Petty Knife, a manageable weight, outstanding ergonomics and perfect balance.
