The Smith & Wesson Extreme Ops Folder has a Linerlock mechanism which holds blade in open and closed positions.

The knife can either be opened with one of the ambidextreous thumb studs or the flipper on top of the handle.

The knife comes with black G10 handles and weighs 114 g. It has a black stainless pocket clip for Tip Down Carry.
