Knife Description:

The knife was named after the hawk-like bird named "Jaeger" that nests near the Alaska hunting and fishing lodges and is incredibly sleek and streamlined - just like our knife.

Designed as a premier Boning and Caping knife, this is lightweight and easy to carry but incredibly versatile and strong, with a 2.8 mm thick Blade manufactured out of D2 Tool Steel.

The non-slip ridges on the back of the blade will give you a comfortable platform on which to place either your forefinger or thumb. The individual finger grooves and deep front choil provide a comfortable and positive grip.

This knife comes with an attractive Stag Horn handle and carries in a top quality brown Leather Sheath - 100% US Split Grain Cow Hide – hangs at a 45% angle for added comfort.
