Knife Description:

This knife is out of the Kanetsune Professional Chef Series.

The Kanetsune KC105 Petty Knife is made out of fine AUS 10 Japanese Stainless Steel produced by the Aichi foundry.

Japanese AUS-10 has roughly the same carbon content as 440C but with slightly less chromium therefore it should be a bit less rust resistant but tougher than 440C

The Knife comes with a black Plywood Handle and is delivered in an attractive Gift Box.
