Knife Description:

There's nothing like the real thing - the Original CRKT Military Spear-Point Knife.

This is the more affordable version of the M16 Titanium design that uses CRKT's very successful Inter-Frame construction.

Instead of Aluminium Handles, they use tough, textured Zytel scales over a 420J2 stainless steel liner Inter-Frame. They overbuilt it for rigidity, using solid Zytel back spacers. And they assemble the handle with superior offset Torx fasteners.

The handle is slightly heftier and wider than the aluminum built M16, but it is exceptionally rigid. To some people, it actually fills the hand better.

CRKT uses their tough AUS 4 High-Carbon Stainless Steel for the blades to give greater everyday utility, and offer both Razor-Sharp and Combined Razor-Sharp and Triple-Point Serrated edges.

This model features the Carson Flipper, which is not only an aid to opening the blade, especially when wearing gloves, but acts as a blade guard when the blade is open.

The M16-13Z is a slimmer designs with a spear point blade. The knife is ideal for a variety of carry positions.
