Knife Description:

Flexcut Carving knives are made with edge-holding high carbon steel for smoother cutting.

The comfortable curved ergonomic handle allows for long periods of carving without hand fatigue.

Each carving knife is constructed with an Ash handle and a US Made High Carbon Steel blade.

The high carbon blade holds an edge extremely well and is easily maintained by simple stropping.

Each blade is honed, polished and ready to go. These knives have a smaller, faceted handle designed for multiple gripping styles.

KN 12 Cutting Knife

A general purpose carving knife. Its more rounded point is very durable. Great beginners knife.

KN 13 Detail Knife

The Detail Knife has a very fine point for making the very narrow cuts associated with detailing. Its straight 3.8 cm blade can accommodate larger stock removal if needed.

KN 15 Chip Knife

Our traditional Chip Carving Knife is a short-bladed knife with a 2.5 cm blade used to make triangular shaped cuts to create intricate designs in wood. Designs carved in this fashion are cut into the wood or incised, not relieved.
