KNIFE DESCRIPTION:

Proforce British Ministry of Defense Parachute Knife with Genuine Leather Sheath.

The Parachute Knife is also known as an Emergency Release Knife. The Parachute Knife was first produced during World War II for the Parachute Regiment and is now used by Police, Military, Fireman and Lifeboat men.

The knife comes with a 15.2 cm Carbon Steel Blade and Hardwood Handle. The Hardwood Handle is about 1.9 cm thick at its widest part.

The Overall Length is shy of 29 cm and Handle is about 13.5 cm long.

Blade has the logo "SHEFFIELD J ADAMS LTD ENGLAND" featured on the blade.

The knife weighs 10.2 ounces. Knife with leather sheath weights 12.7 ounces
