Made with 1.4116 high-carbon, German stainless steel, these Kershaw knives feature superior edge retention. This Kershaw Precision Forged Stainless Steel Chef's Knife has a weighted, curved blade for rocking back and forth, creating precise chops and slices.

Each knife features a 54-56 Rockwell Hardness rating, and each blade is honed to an incredibly sharp edge.

With full-tang, fully riveted construction and POM handles with net-finish, you are guaranteed a knife that is not only well, constructed, but beautiful as well.

Dishwasher safe, hand washing recommended.
