Palm Skew Gouge Set Description:
Skew gouges are great for reaching into tight corners or carving figured wood.
In certain instances they can carve against the grain while leaving a smooth cut.
The set includes both left and right-handed versions of the #3 and #5 sweeps. A right-handed tool will have the point on the left side of the cutting edge.
The American ash handle fits comfortably in the palm, allowing for good control close to your work. The four profiles can perform a variety of tasks.
