Starter Set Description:
For younger carvers or crafts people, our slim handle 3-piece detail knife set is the perfect fit.
These knives have the same high quality as other Flexcut carving tools, but their slender handles are better suited for smaller hands.
The Slim-Handle Detail Knife Set includes a KN20 Mini-Chip Carving Knife, KN19 Mini-Pelican Knife, KN27 Mini-Detail Knife.
These Knives are made with edge-holding High Carbon Steel for smoother cutting.
The comfortable curved ergonomic handle allows for long periods of carving without hand fatigue.
Each carving knife is constructed with an American Ash Handle and a High Carbon Steel Blade.
The High Carbon Blade holds an edge extremely well and is easily maintained by simple stropping.
Each blade is honed, polished and ready to go.
A sharpening compound is included to keep your knifes edge sharp. Flexcut Gold polishing compound has been specially formulated to apply to the strop like a crayon. It deburs the hardened steel blade and gives it a smooth polished edge.
