Wüsthof makes an excellent line of heavy-duty Lobster Shears. These Lobster Shears are forged from High Carbon no-stain Stainless Steel with an excellent finish.  They come with a stainless steel spring and the blades lock for safety.
 
Access the soft tender meat inside lobster, crab or shellfish with these indestructible Shears. The ridged teeth along the inner wall provide a secure grip when cracking hard shells.
 
The textured Stainless-Steel handle provides a good grip for both right and left handed people.
