The 8 cm Paring Knife (7.7203.08G) comes with a High-Carbon Stainless Steel Blade is ice tempered to sustain its sharpness longer and hot dropped for superior elasticity and strength.
 
This versatile Parer is designed to fashion the most perfect slices of your favourite small fruits and vegetables. The small blade will produce decorative cuts for your food arrangements and it is ideal for garnishing with small ingredients.
 
The Parer features a first class POM Thermoplastic Handle with a single piece, full tang construction that is triple riveted for maximum durability.
 
Honing is made easier thanks to a bolster less edge that makes the entire edge available for use.
