Victorinox’s “ Grand Maitre” Line of Premium Forged Cutlery Grand-Maitre represents the culmination of 126 years of striving to produce the finest knives in the world.
 
Each Grand Maitre Chef’s Cutlery Knife Blade is forged in the heartland of Solingen, Germany and finished in Switzerland, where they are polished and ground to produce a world renowned edge.
 
The 20 cm Carving / Slicing Knife (7.7203.20G) features a first class POM Thermoplastic Handle with a single piece, full tang construction that is triple riveted for maximum durability.
 
This hand-forged Victorinox Carving Knife is a versatile knife which has the perfect size for carving or slicing medium sized meats, turkey/chicken breast, that Christmas Ham or for trimming/carving meats of all kind and cutting fruits and vegetables.
 
The High-Carbon Stainless-Steel Blade is ice tempered to sustain its sharpness longer and hot dropped for superior elasticity and strength.
 
Honing is made easier thanks to a bolster-less edge that makes the entire edge available for use.
 
Note: The Knives are Dishwasher Safe, but if you want to give your knives the best care and attention, it is best to clean them immediately after use with warm water, a damp cloth and a little washing-up liquid.
