Knife Description:

All Flexcut Carving knives are made with edge-holding High Carbon Steel for smoother cutting.
 
The comfortable curved ergonomic handle allows for long periods of carving without hand fatigue.
 
Each carving knife is constructed with an Ash Handle and a US Made High Carbon Steel blade.
 
The High CarbonBblade holds an edge extremely well and is easily maintained by simple stropping.
 
Each blade is honed, polished and ready to go.
 
The Upsweep Carving Knife is used for taking more vertical cuts where space is limited for a conventional whittling stroke.
