Ultra Tough – Built to Survive Serious Use
Product Description:
Made in the United States, Photon Micro-Lights are approximately the size and weight as a US quarter. They feature the brightest Micro LEDs in the world and smart-circuitry.
Used by members of the Secret Service, these Special-Purpose Photons produce a powerful infrared beam invisible to the naked eye. Rated at 11 mW, with a wide-angle Beam, this tiny Key-chain sized Light is more powerful than all but the brightest IR illuminators.
When used in conjunction with Night Vision Equipment, it will illuminate a large area. These Photons are excellent for use with Night Vision Scopes and Goggles, or with other equipment sensitive to Infrared Light, such as Sony's NightShot line of video & digital cameras. Many video surveillance cameras are also sensitive to infrared light.
The increased Infrared Illumination provided by your infrared Photon Micro Light will allow you to clearly see objects at a greater distance than when using your equipment's built-in Infrared Illuminator. Of course, not all Night Vision Equipment is created equal, so your results may vary.
Infrared Photon Lights work well with nearly all night vision goggles, monoculars, and scopes, however we have had mixed results with some lower end digital cameras and video cameras. Generally, the more sensitive your equipment is to infrared light, the better your results will be.
The Freedom Micro IR LED comes with 4 Modes - Slow - Medium - Fast – SOS (Signal / Morse Code) mode.
Water resistant black Polycarbonate Case with Keyring.
Uses 2 - CR2016 Lithium Button Cell Batteries which provides long lasting power even in sub-zero temperatures.
The Photon Freedom Micro Flashlight comes with an Accessory Kit which includes a Hands Free Multi - Purpose Photon Clip and the "Photon Necklace" a Neck-Cord Lanyard, with the same Clip-in Cradle.
