Each Grand Maitre Chef’s Cutlery Knife Blade is forged in the heartland of Solingen, Germany and finished in Switzerland, where they are polished and ground to produce a world renowned edge.
 
The 25 cm Chef’s Knife (7.7403.25G) features a first class POM Thermoplastic Handle with a single piece, full tang construction that is triple riveted for maximum durability.
 
This handforged Chef’s Knife is meant to perform well through a wide variety of kitchen tasks. If you’re slicing sections of meat, chopping an array of vegetables, or mincing fresh herbs this Cook’s Knife can get the job done in both the hands of an up-and-coming student chef or a skilled and seasoned professional.
 
The High-Carbon Stainless-Steel Blade is ice tempered to sustain its sharpness longer and hot dropped for superior elasticity and strength.
 
Honing is made easier thanks to a bolster-less edge that makes the entire edge available for use.
 
Note: The Knives are Dishwasher Safe, but if you want to give your knives the best care and attention, it is best to clean them immediately after use with warm water, a damp cloth and a little washing-up liquid.
