Ka-Bar Becker BK14 Eskabar Survival Knife - Black Model: BK14 Made in USA KA-BAR Knives, Inc., a subsidiary of Alcas Corporation, manufactures high quality military, hunting, sporting, and all-purpose utility knives. Knife Description: Ethan Becker's BK-11 Becker Necker in collaboration with ESEE Izula (Randall Adventure) have come up with the "BK-14 EsKabar". The BK-14 has an overall length of 18 cm with a blade measuring 8.2 cm. It is a light weight metal framed knife weighing in at only 65 grams. The knife is constructed of 1095 Cro-Van (Carbon) with a HRC (hardness) rating of 56-58. The flat ground drop point blade provides a great edge which can be easily sharpened in the field. The knife is black epoxy powder coated for corrosion protection. The outfit comes with a black snap-in friction release sheath and a 550 neck cord. The knife features the handle configuration of the ESEE Izula and the blade configuration of the Becker Necker. The tang has been stamped on both sides of the knife, one side with the BK&T stamp and the alternate side with the Randall's Adventure ESEE stamp. Kydex sheath and 550 nylon neck cord are included.
