Knife Description:
The SERE 2000 is world renown as one of the strongest tactical folders in existence.
Originally designed by Al Mar and Colonel Nick Rowe in the early 1980s for the U.S. Armys SERE school, todays updated models are stronger, lighter and the most precision versions weve ever made.
The flagship of the AMK line, the S.E.R.E. has been updated for the new millennium.
This modern version of the original Sere introduced in 1985 has a 9.1 cm blade of VG-10 at 59-60 RCH and G-10 scales over stainless liners. The Sere 2000 has a Satin Finish.
Weighing only 171 grams including the reversible clip, it weighs only half what the original did. Features an opening stud on each side of the blade so that it can easily be opened with either hand and Walker-Lock closing.
