Knife Description: The Global G Series are basic model kitchen knives made from the finest stainless steel material assuring sharp, light, and clean use. The blades utilize CROMOVA 18 Stainless Steel, Ice tempered and hardened to Rockwell C56°-58° which holds a razor sharp edge longer than any other steel and resists rust, stains and corrosion. G-10 Ham/Salmon Slicer Knife is a stainless steel slicing knife. The 31 cm long blade with its narrow blade width makes it easy to slice ham, salmon or other fish and meats. The Spanish call it a Jamonero Knife. The flexible knife blade has been manufactured so that it flexes and returns to its normal straightness after use. The handle is one of the most distinctive features of Global knives. The handle is metal and the knife is one solid piece. To improve the grip handle is textured with multiple circular recessions which show up as black dots in the handle. Each knife is carefully weighted to ensure perfect balance in the hand.
