The Victorinox Carving Knife with its 19 cm Blade is a versatile Kitchen Knife which has the perfect size for smaller to medium sized meats, turkey/chicken breast for trimming/carving meats of all kind and cutting fruits and vegetables.
The Blade provides maximum Sharpness and Edge Retention and is conical ground lengthwise and crosswise to create a wider breaking point and for minimal Resistance while cutting and Laser Tested to ensure optimum Cutting Power
The Victorinox Straight Carving Fork with its 15 cm Tines can be used as a Carving or Serving Fork and you´ll have a good hold on most anything as you thus can easily hold the roast whilst cutting it. The Victorinox Meat Fork is indispensable in each kitchen. Use its tines to test if food is ready.
