Sakai Hamono was greatly inspired by Gerber Legendary Blades and succeeded in cooperation with the American company in 1977. After changing the name to G. The G. Sakai Outdoor Cooking Sashimi Knife has a 16.2 cm single bevel Yanagiba/Sashimi Blade manufactured out of 400 Series Stainless Steel.
The Blade comes with a partially serrated Edge and Line Cutter on the Spine of the Blade.
The size of this Cooking Knife is ideal for preparing your catch or your meal Outdoors. The single bevel Blade with best angle slices fish and chicken as if you slice tissue paper.
The Outdoor Sashimi Knife comes with a Kraton Rubber Handle which is directly molded onto the Blade. Grooves on the Rubber Handle protect your wet hand from slipping. The Knife stores in an injection-molded ABS Sheath with Belt Loop.
