Their angled grip surface allows you to securely grasp and remove fish bones. The Offset Tweezers feature a spring loaded handle that allows for better handling of delicate fishbones, preventing them breaking off during removal. A serrated surface holds onto thin and frail bones as they are extracted.
These Offset Tweezers are also ideal for the dressing of fine dishes with garnishments or decoration. The spring-loaded Handle makes sure the tweezers always return to their original position after use.
The Tweezers are made from 18/10 Stainless Steel and there is a good spring grip between both of the Tweezer Handles.
The Tweezers are Dishwasher safe.
