Knife Description:
The Wusthof Classic, 14 cm Boning Knife, Model 4602/14 is a sturdy knife with a flexible blade and a slim blade with a straight fine cutting edge. It is best suited for cutting meat off the bone or deboning hams and shoulders.
The new Wusthof PEtec edge is fully forged and stays sharp up to 30 percent longer than other knives, and its blade is just right size to pour through immense chopping, slicing and dicing tasks with ease.
Every Wusthof Classic knife is forged from one piece of specially tempered high carbon steel to ensure outstanding strength, balance and heft.
The Classic black handles are made of synthetic material triple riveted to the full tang for a seamless and hygienic fit.
Not only comfortable to hold and well balanced, but the skillfully honed by hand, the blades are incredibly sharp and are easily resharpened. Each knife is carefully weighted to ensure perfect balance in the hand.
