Knife Description:
The Wusthof 14 cm Boning Knife, Model 4600/16 is perfectly shaped to bone a leg of lamb, a chicken or a duck. The curved tip and the cut away blade make it easy to get inside cavities and up against the bones, without damaging the surrounding meat. It's also very useful for removing meat from the bone, or for removing the sinews from meat .
The Boning knife has the perfect shape and balance for safe and effortless cutting.
Every Wusthof knife is forged from one piece of specially tempered High Carbon Steel to ensure outstanding strength, balance and heft.
The black handles are made of synthetic material triple riveted to the full tang for a seamless and hygienic fit.
