Henckels TWIN Cermax M66 – Extreme sharpness that lasts: discover the new dimension of sharpness!
About J.A.Henckels:
ZWILLING J.A. HENCKELS has been writing history since 1731 with first-class kitchen products, flatware and beauty instruments.
Knife Description:
The Japanese version of the Chef’s knife, the Santoku, is useful for straight chopping, mincing, and slicing of larger quantities of vegetables and meat.
Cooks with smaller hands may prefer this 18 cm blade as the shorter length offers better control while cutting.
The Henckels Twin Cermax 66 - 7" Santoku effortlessly cuts wafer-thin slices with precision and without destroying the cell structure.
The knife has unique sharpness and cutting properties made possible not only by the typical blade geometry of a Japanese knife but also by the sheer unbelievable blade hardness of 66 Rockwell.
All Cermax knives are hand sharpened and cut three to four times sharper than other top quality knives.
A special triple-layered blade structure (CLAD material) - a corrosion-resistant stainless steel on the outside and the core made of the ultra-tough MultiCarbide Powder Steel – guarantees such long lasting sharpness.
The knife is full-tang in construction, has triple rivets and a rounded ergonomic handle made from Micarta.
This gives the J.A. Henckels Twin Cermax Santoku Knife, a manageable weight which is easier to manoeuvre, outstanding ergonomics and perfect balance.
