The smallest, lightest SteriPEN, the AdventurerOpti, uses a revolutionary optical eye to sense the water which ensures safe use and provides purification in even the coldest of waters.
The new optical sensor doubles as a convenient LED flashlight. Its a great backup light when camping or taking a night-time walk to refill your water bottle.
The Flashlight mode is activated by pressing and holding the single button down for 3 seconds. The clear lamp cover focuses the LED light.
The AdventurerOpti retail package includes 2 non-rechargeable (disposable) CR123 batteries and a Neoprene Case with Belt Loop.
SteriPEN Adventurer features a soft-touch coating offering a comfortable texture in your hand and scratch resistance in harsh environments.
SteriPEN system uses UV Light Rays to purify water for drinking. Ultraviolet (UV-C) light rays safely sterilize clear water by destroying protozoa (including Giardia and Cryptosporidium) bacteria and even viruses.
SteriPEN Adventurer Opti is simple to use: Just press a button and gently agitate the water with a quick stir.
Purifies 0.5 litres of water (cold or warm) in less than a minute or 1 litre in a minute and a half .
Small size fits most containersuse it in cups mugs water bottles and canteens.
Also available with a Solar Charging Case that includes a double-cell rechargeable CR123 battery and provides secure storage for the purifier.
