Knife Description:

Svord knives are manufactured in New Zealand out of Swedish High Carbon Steel.

All Knives are individually hardened and tempered using a unique and time honoured secret heat treatment process. Each knife is then hand ground on a water cooled stone and has a Hardness of 57-58 HRC on the Rockwell Scale.

For everyone who's a fan of the original Peasant Folding Knives and have used them around the campfire, you will be happy to see this Knife is meant for kitchen use.

Svord Blades have always been thin, ferocious cutters made of Swedish High Carbon Steel that take an exceptional edge. However, they are very susceptible to rusting. For their Steak / Kitchen Utility Knife, Svord is using Carbon Steel which has very good edge holding capabilities and will take a very fine edge

The 4 ½“ Knife measures 23.5 cm overall and is great for all types of Kitchen Prep Work or for cutting that nice T-Bone Steak on the dinner table.

The knife comes with a double riveted Ash Wood Handle.
