Katz Kitty Caper Series Bird and Trout Knife comes with a 6 cm Blade manufactured from Japanese XT-80 Stainless Steel.

With the resilience of this excellent XT-80 Proprietary Type Stainless Steel, which is similar to AUS-8, and tests at 58-59 on the Rockwell “C” Scale, the blade holds and retains an edge to the high standard for which Katz Knives are known for.

Appropriate for virtually any cutting activity in which a smaller prime quality blade is the key to being successful, the Katz Kitty Caper Series Knife is an effective tool for anybody. The Kitty Caper is also perfect for a first aid kit or bug-out bag.

One piece bead blast finish construction with genuine Walnut Wood Handle.

The knife comes with a Black Cordura Sheath with Belt Clip.
