The Blade of the Cold Steel Jungle Machete comes with a 41.5 cm Blade manufactured out of 1055 Carbon Steel with a tough spring temper which is dipped in a special anti-rust solution before it is surfaced with a black, baked-on anti-rust finish.

The Cold Steel Jungle Machete offers the weight forward balance necessary to chop through vines, saplings, and brush and even trees with ease. What's more, its sharp point offers plenty of belly for slashing or even skinning, and in an emergency, adds to it value as an improvised self defense tool.

The tough, Polypropylene handle is designed to provide a comfortable secure grip, and is rugged enough to resist chipping, cracking or breaking, so it lasts practically forever.

The fully sharpened 1055 Carbon Steel Blade is safely and securely held in a sturdy, black Cor-Ex sheath.
