Designed to perform up to the standards of professional Butchers and Chefs, Swibo blades are made from a Wenger custom blended high-grade Stainless Steel that features an optimal combination of strength and flexibility, wear/corrosion resistance. The blade is sharpened to a precise, long-lasting edge for accurate cuts.

Swibo blades are made with a non-porous Swiss Polyamide, injection molded onto the handle and hermetically sealed around the blade for a secure hold and balance in addition to an easily sanitizable tool with no cracks or holes.

The non-porous blade and non-slip grip handle join to make this an excellent knife for professional or home use. Recognizable from a mile away, the Swibo signature handles are yellow in color with an ergonomic in shape.
