The Wusthof Classic, 18 cm Fish Filleting Knife, Model 4622/18 is a versatile knife with a long, slim, flexible blade with straight cutting edge. Perfect for filleting fish, meat and game cleanly.
 
The unique, flexible blade design is functional in either a Kitchen or Outdoors in a Fishing and Hunting setting.
 
The new Wusthof PEtec edge is fully forged and stays sharp up to 30 percent longer than other knives, and its blade is just right size to pour through immense chopping, slicing and dicing tasks with ease.
 
Every Wusthof Classic Kitchen Knife is forged from one piece of specially tempered high carbon steel to ensure outstanding strength, balance and heft. The Classic black handles are made of synthetic material triple riveted to the full tang for a seamless and hygienic fit.
 
Not only comfortable to hold and well balanced, but the skillfully honed by hand, the blades are  incredibly sharp and are easily resharpened. Each knife is carefully weighted to ensure perfect balance in the hand.
