KERSHAW – Technology with an Edge!

Product Description:

Our Kershaw Precision Forged Stainless Steel 6 inch Chef's knife is a versatile, Multipurpose knife that Professional Chefs and Novices alike will appreciate.

With its broad and curved blade, you will achieve the perfect rocking motion for precision cuts.  This knife is great for cutting meat and all other types of slicing and dicing.

The blade of the Chef Kitchen Knife is made of Japanese AUS6A High-Carbon Stainless Steel. The high-carbon provides a super sharp ‘shaving’ edge to slice with ease.

Each knife features a 55-57 Rockwell Hardness rating, and each blade is honed to an incredibly sharp edge.

The handle of the Kershaw Chef Kitchen Knife is made from a unique Co-Polymer, Polypropylene and Elastomer, that is soft to the touch. The Co-Polymer works to provide a comfortable grip that reduces the chances of hand fatigue when cutting into a particularly tough piece of meat. In addition, the handle is impregnated with an antibacterial agent to prevent the growth of bacteria.

The knife is easy to clean and dishwasher safe.
