Here’s what we feel sets us apart:
- Unconditional 30 Day Money Back Guarantee - If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it unused within 30 days for a full refund. Delivery costs are however not refundable. We only ask that you return the items unused and in the original packaging. If you have questions on a return call or e-mail us we will be glad to help. - Security - We take your security very seriously. Your secure credit card transactions are processed using the industry standard 128 bit secure socket layer (SSL) technology. This encryption was designed to render information unreadable if anyone tries to intercept it. We will never store your credit card information. We feel this encryption combined with our in-house policies provide you the safest safe shopping environment possible.
- Second-to-None Customer Service - We do not utilise third party shippers, drop-shippers or the like. We personally process, package and ship all orders. We are available to answer your calls and e-mails. You will never wait for days to hear back from someone. If you send us and e-mail and do not hear back in the manner you expect please call us toll free. We love e-mail too but sometimes firewalls block incoming or outgoing messages.
- We do only sell authentic products in new condition. (Occasionally we may have items directly from the manufacturer that are re-furbished. These products are sold at tremendous savings and are clearly marked as such.)
- Speedy Shipment - We strive to ship all in-stock products by courier or post within 24 hours of receiving payment. We understand your excitement to receive our high quality products. We’d be anxious to use them too!
- Great Prices and Selection - We invite you to browse our inventory and compare our prices and selection. We feel they offer tremendous value when delivered with our second-to-none service. We have best prices all-year-round which means that you do not have to wait for a sale or promotion.
- Special Orders – Obviously our selection is limited. Should you not find what you require in our selection of top quality products, we should be able to special order an item for you. Just contact us for a quote.
- Gift wrapping – Yes, we do gift wrapping for that special person or for special occasions. Please let us know the address and the details of the celebrant and we will gift wrap the item for you and include a small card with your details for $ 4 additional. We can also mail the item directly to the celebrants address as per your instructions.
- Restocking Fee - Top Gear does however reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to 20% of the price of the refund merchandise in order to cover postage and other costs. When refunding these costs will be deducted from the purchase price.
